What Guarantees are Provided With Jewelry You Manufacture?
We guarantee all jewelry items, subject to a 10% restocking fee. This 10% restocking
fee excludes the gemstone(s) in the jewelry piece, which has/have already been inspected
and approved by the Customer and will be returned to the Customer. The accent stones,
even Diamonds, will also be subject to the 10% restocking fee, and GemSuite.com will
retain these. We would of course prefer to be given the opportunity to make right any
deficiencies noted by the Customer, but the Customer has the final say in this regard.
Our return policy is 10 days, no-questions-asked, the same as that for the gemstones we sell.
In setting jewelry, there is always a small risk that the main gemstone(s) could be damaged;
for example, a chip could occur at or near a prong area. This is very rare for the more
durable gemstones, such as Diamonds, Sapphires, and Rubies, but occasionally does occur for
the less durable gemstones such as Tanzanite. GemSuite.com accepts responsibility
for any damage to the gemstone in the setting and jewelry manufacturing process. In the
event this happens, we would expect to either work out an arrangement with the Customer
regarding replacement or re-faceting of the gemstone, or 100% refund for the damaged
gemstone(s), at the Customer´s discretion.
Actually, our return rate is quite low and the very large percentage of our Customers
find our services and finished jewelry items superb with respect to both quality and pricing.
It is our sincere intent to provide you with jewelry that will be cherished for a lifetime!
Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@gemsuite.com with any questions you may have
regarding our jewelry guarantees and policies.
