How to Complete an Auction Transaction
If you are a first time customer of Multicolour.com and have won some multicolour.com's auctions at Ebay, Yahoo or Amazon, please read below,
otherwise sign in to your account and follow the easy on screen instructions.

- Step 1 — review your unpaid auctions
To review your unpaid auctions you need to go to:
http://www.multicolour.com/auctions/
and sign in using the same e-mail address you used at the Auction site. If there are any pending auctions for you to pay, a list of your confirmed bids
will appear. Please note that it will take up to 48 hours to update our
system and if nothing is shown, please check later.
- Step 2 —select unpaid auctions
If there are any pending auctions for you to pay, a list of your confirmed bids will appear. Select the items (checkmark box on the left of each item) you are ready to pay for and click the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button located under items list.
All items you select to pay will be placed into the shopping cart for your final review. Click the "ORDER CHECKOUT" button to start the checkout process. You will be prompted to enter your shipping address and select shipping and payment methods.

- Please Note
To check your unpaid auctions you must use the same e-mail address you use at the Auction site. Currently only Ebay and Yahoo winners supported.
- Do not bid
Please do not bid, if you are not going to complete your buying transaction. We would highly appreciate if you complete your auction transaction within 15 days, after the auction has ended.
